The History of Mission Peru

• Mission Peru started with a scouting trip by four youth pastors from the Central Canadian District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in November of 2007. Out of this trip, many partnerships were formed. The following is a history of attendance to date:

• 2008: 40 people; 5 churches
• 2009: 9 people; 3 churches  
• 2010: 72 people; 9 churches 
• 2011: 31 people; 4 churches
• 2012: 42 people; 4 churches
• 2013: 36 people; 5 churches
• 2014: 36 people; 4 churches
• 2015: 49 people; 4 churches
• 2016: 31 people; 3 churches
• 2017: 42 people; 5 churches

Over the 10 years of taking high school students, there have been almost 400 participants in Mission Peru. 14 churches have participated, 12 of them on multiple trips..
